1. Holistic Wellness Consultation
A comprehensive assessment to identify root causes of health concerns and support overall balance. Includes personalized guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, detoxification, and systemic wellness strategies.
2. Strength & Conditioning Training / Personal Training
Customized programs to improve overall strength, endurance, and metabolic function. Includes sport-specific strength training, metabolic conditioning, and functional movement coaching for optimal performance and injury prevention.
3. Lyme Disease Specialty Consultation
Holistic support for individuals with Lyme disease, focusing on symptom management, immune support, and functional wellness strategies to optimize energy, digestion, and systemic balance.
4. Parasites, Heavy Metals, and Candida Education

Board Certified Doctor of Natural Medicine (BCDNM) is a board certification awarded by the American Naturopathic Wellness Practitioners Board (ANWPB) after meeting eligibilty requirements and successfully passing a board examination.
Board certification demonstrates advanced knowledge in natural medicine and holistic health principles. -
I am not licensed as a naturopathic doctor by the State of Wisconsin. My services are provided within my education, certifications, and applicable Wisconsin law. I do not represent my services as licensed medical or naturopathic medical care. My practice focuses on holistic wellness education, nutrition, lifestyle support, and natural health consulting and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
