Strength & Performance Coaching

I am a Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with advanced training in Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting.

My education in naturopathy and holistic wellness complements my background in strength and conditioning by allowing me to take a whole-person approach that considers nutrition, recovery, movement, and healthy lifestyle habits alongside fitness and performance.

As a competitive powerlifter, Olympic weightlifter, and lifelong athlete, I bring both professional knowledge and real-world experience to every program I create. I enjoy helping individuals build strength, improve movement quality, develop confidence, and work toward their personal fitness and performance goals.

I also provide pregnancy and postpartum fitness coaching, offering individualized exercise programming and movement guidance to help women safely stay active during pregnancy and return to exercise following medical clearance from their healthcare provider.

In addition, I work with athletes of all ages and across a variety of sports—including hockey, soccer, baseball, CrossFit, and strength sports—to develop strength, improve movement efficiency, and support sport-specific performance goals.
