1 Session Per Week

2 Sessions Per Week

Includes:

  • Eight personalized coaching sessions per month

  • Ongoing progression and individualized programming

  • Strength, mobility, conditioning, and performance coaching

  • Regular program modifications based on progress

3 Sessions Per Week

Designed for clients who thrive with consistent coaching and want to maximize strength, performance, body composition, or overall health.

Includes:

  • Twelve personalized coaching sessions per month

  • Comprehensive, progressive training plan

  • Continuous technique refinement

  • Individualized programming adjustments and performance tracking

Investment

All sessions are personalized and private in our private access gym.

They are 60 minutes.

Single session: $80

  • Program delivered digitally

2. Monthly Program Design

$85/month(Recurring after the initial program)

Continue making progress with a new customized training program every four weeks. Programs are adjusted based on your progress, goals, and feedback to help keep training effective and engaging.

3. Program Review & Progression

$50 | 30 Minutes

Already have a training program but aren't sure if it's working? During this session, we'll review your current program, discuss your goals, and make recommendations or modifications to help you continue progressing safely and effectively.
