Every program is individually designed based on your sport, position, age, training experience, and performance goals. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I focus on developing the physical qualities that directly translate to improved athletic performance while emphasizing proper movement mechanics and long-term athletic development.

1. Sports Performance Assessment

$125 | 60 Minutes

This is required before beginning any training program.

Includes:

  • Comprehensive movement assessment

  • Sport-specific performance evaluation

  • Mobility and flexibility screening

  • Strength and power assessment

  • Personalized training recommendations

Perfect for athletes looking to identify strengths, improve weaknesses, and build a customized training plan.

2. Individual Sports Performance Coaching

$80 per session | 60 Minutes

Includes:

  • Individualized coaching

  • Strength, speed, and agility development

  • Technique instruction

  • Progression based on goals and season

This works well for athletes who are in-season or only need occasional coaching.

3. 12-Week Sports Performance Program

$1,150

Includes:

  • Initial Performance Assessment

  • 12 weeks of individualized coaching (1 session/week)

  • Progressive sport-specific strength program

  • Speed, agility, power, and conditioning

  • Monthly program adjustments

  • Final performance reassessment

  • Email support throughout the program

4. Small Group Sports Performance Training

$40 per athlete | 60 Minutes (3–6 athletes)

Train alongside teammates or friends in a motivating, high-energy environment while still receiving individualized coaching and feedback.

Includes:

  • Sport-specific strength and conditioning

  • Speed and agility drills

  • Plyometrics and power development

  • Teamwork and healthy competition
