Every program is individually designed based on your sport, position, age, training experience, and performance goals. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I focus on developing the physical qualities that directly translate to improved athletic performance while emphasizing proper movement mechanics and long-term athletic development.

This is required before beginning any training program.

2. Individual Sports Performance Coaching
$80 per session | 60 Minutes

Individualized coaching
Strength, speed, and agility development
Technique instruction
Progression based on goals and season
This works well for athletes who are in-season or only need occasional coaching.
3. 12-Week Sports Performance Program
$1,150
Includes:
Initial Performance Assessment
12 weeks of individualized coaching (1 session/week)
Progressive sport-specific strength program

Monthly program adjustments

4. Small Group Sports Performance Training
$40 per athlete | 60 Minutes (3–6 athletes)
