In-Person Personal Training

During your sessions, you'll receive hands-on instruction with proper exercise technique, individualized programming, progressive strength training, and ongoing accountability in a supportive environment. Every workout is designed to help you build confidence, improve movement quality, increase strength, and create sustainable results.

Investment

All sessions are personalized and private in our private access gym.

They are 60 minutes.

Single session: $80

1 a week (4 total / month) $250

2 a week (8 total / month): $500

3 a week (12 total / month) $900
